We krijgen vaak te horen dat de leads niet aan hun eisen voldoen en dat het tijdverlies voor hen is om ze op te volgen. Dat is frustrerend voor het marketingdepartement en maakt het steeds moeilijker om de telemarketeers te blijven motiveren om hun waardevolle werk voort te zetten. Het kan nuttig zijn om de verwachtingen op een lijn te brengen en gezamenlijk na te gaan wat we als een gekwalificeerde lead beschouwen.
